FREE Consultation

Before a service commences, please complete the online form and provide as much detail as possible. We will telephone you, to discuss further. All being well we come to your home, discuss your requirements and meet your pet. If you are happy with everything, we would complete a booking form, a customer agreement,  and go over policies and procedures. At the time of booking we collect your keys. We require that you do not leave your keys in a 'safe place', just in case the unexpected happens. Rest assured, when keys are left with us they are kept in a safe, with only your pet's name on the tag. We are insured for loss of key cover. Please provide a tag for your keys



Contact us to book your free consultation. Please have ready the following:

• Proof of vaccination record
• Micro-chip I.D number
• Vet Details
• Emergency Contact Details
• Set of Key's, with your pets name on the tag ( £5 collection charge if not collected at consultation)



KEY HOLDING SERVICE

We offer a free secure key holding service, either for our regular day care clients, dog walking clients, or a regular pet visiting service

Holiday Care: We require a 50% deposit at time of booking, and balance is due within 4 weeks of service commencement. This can be paid via cash or bank transfer only.

Regular Care: Weekly or monthly in advance, cash or bank transfer
